Project Management

A few weeks ago i gave a talk on Project Management. I foresee some of the student doesn't really understand that Project Management can be use in any events whether in our jobs and daily activities.
I told them everything will related to Time, Money and People ...so eventually when you are good at project management you shall have a better pay and maybe a happier life also.

Anyway just some tips for the project manager , try to create a "Survival Kit" if you have a problems trying to give instruction to the team members where you have multiple team leaders and many sites to cover...at least it will give a standardization and the quality of works delivered will be the same..

and try to create a reward program to give them a motivation to deliver the project smoothly and successfully...

Make sure to give "instant rewards and appreciation" if its happened the team have done a a great jobs within the timeline and budget.
